Delivery

At Bambino Rock we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.  We have two delivery services available and, where possible you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered.

We always use Cyprus Post recorded delivery and we charge by weight which we believe is fairer.  The delivery price to ship your goods will be shown at the payment stage for you to review before you make your payment.  The charges are as follows:

Over €60.00 – standard postal delivery is FREE*

To collect your package from nominated Akis Express (please let us know which is your nominated Akis Express in the delivery notes) - collection from Akis Express €5 up to 3.5kg, €8 over 3.5kg.

Europe/Middle East/North Africa (Zone A) & Rest of World (Zone B) – shipping costs are displayed at checkout stage and are calculated at cost price.

Any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country will be your responsibility.

Orders will be despatched to the specified delivery address provided.  If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible if the order does not arrive with the intended recipient.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your order will be packed and despatched, provided:
1. The item you have chosen is in stock
2. You have paid in full for your order

We will despatch your order within 3 working days.  Your delivery will be sent by registered post so you will need collect it at your post office when you receive your notification.

- If there is likely to be a delay with your order, you will be informed by us.
- We reserve the right to change our prices.  Any prices shown on the website are current for the product at that time.
- All items are subject to availability
- When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email with your order details.  All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by Bambino Rock.  Confirmation emails are not an acceptance of contract.  Acceptance of your order and the completion if the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
- If we do not have the goods in stock, we will offer you alternatives before we despatch your order.  If this happens you may accept the alternatives we offer, cancel your order or leave the order valid but omit the out-of-stock item.
- All weights and measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow
- Please note that there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
- All products comply with appropriate safety regulations.
- We reserve the right to withdraw products from this website at any time.

RETURNS:

-If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 days from the day you receive your order.  We will be happy to exchange (subject to availability) or refund the original purchase price.  Refunds are process within 28 working days and issued by cheque.
-Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.
-We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items.  Please note: if the goods are not in a resaleable condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
-Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of notification that you wish to return them.  Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods or use registered delivery, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.  We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods or error on the part of Bambino Rock.
-Bambino Rock will inspect each returned item before processing a refund.  If the items are not returned in accordance with the above, we reserve the right not to refund you and will contact you.  The decision made by us will be final.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it but you must inform us in writing by email at info@bambinorock.com.  If your order has already been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
